Trading Session Clock
The trading session clock shows which of the four major forex market sessions — Sydney, Tokyo, London, and New York — are currently open, in real time based on your local clock. Trading during active sessions (especially when two sessions overlap) provides the highest liquidity, tightest spreads, and best opportunities for technical setups to play out.
